ParmaItaly-Shop Srl guarantees that from the order confirmation, the goods will be shipped within 24 hours on business days.

To ensure the preservation of vacuum-packed perishable products, thermal containers and synthetic ice for food are used. The shipping of the products is carried out via couriers such as DHL, Fed Ex, SDA, etc.

Shipments:

To ensure the quality of our products, during the summer period, perishable products are not shipped on Thursdays and Fridays to avoid them staying in the couriers' warehouses. Shipments are postponed to Monday.

Non-perishable products: all business days

Vacuum-packed cheese and salami:

Europe: winter (every day), summer standard (Mon.- Tues.- Wed.), express (Mon.- Tues.- Wed.- Thurs.)

USA and other countries winter (every day), summer standard (Mon.), express (Mon.- Tues.- Wed.)

At the time of shipping, you will receive an email/SMS from the courier with the data to track the delivery online.

For islands and remote locations, delivery times may be longer than indicated.

The customer is required to promptly provide Parma Gourmet, the courier, customs, or any other institution involved with the logistics of the order all the information or personal data necessary for the delivery of the order.

Failed Delivery

In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or failed delivery for other reasons (incorrect address and/or phone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient) ParmaItaly-Shop Srl will retain the full amount of the order.

For all orders, STANDARD SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE.

Calculation of EXPRESS Shipping Costs

The delivery costs for EXPRESS Shipping depend on the weight/volume of the product purchased and the country of destination. At any time, it is possible to estimate the shipping costs at Checkout.

For Islands or Remote Locations for which couriers require a tariff surcharge, Parma Gourmet, before shipping, will communicate to the customer the surcharge to be paid, for acceptance.
