It is a brut rosé charmat 50% Lambrusco and 50% Sangiovese, vinified in white and
obtained from the best Lambrusco and Sangiovese grape varieties from the Brisighella hills.
It represents an excellent spumante brut that derives from the vinification in white of the two red berry grapes and aims at virtually connecting Emilia with Romagna by taking the name of the historic main road “Strada Statale n.9” (Via Emilia) that links the two geographical areas mentioned above.
It makes a perfect match with fish and is also suitable as an aperitif.
