masterpiece. Harvested at the beginning of October and undergoes 5-7 days of maceration on
the skins. Extraordinary violet-red colour and full enveloping bouquet of strawberries,
blackberiies and raspberries with marked woody scents. Excellent tannicity moderated by the important residual sugar.

It is a brut rosé charmat
50% Lambrusco and 50% Sangiovese, vinified in
white and obtained from the best Lambrusco and Sangiovese
grape varieties from the Brisighella hills. It represents an excellent spumante brut that
derives from the vinification in white of the
two red berry grapes and aims at virtually
connecting Emilia with Romagna by taking the
name of the historic main road “Strada Statale
n.9” (Via Emilia) that links the two
geographical areas mentioned above. It makes a perfect match with fish and is also
suitable as an aperitif.

It is pre-eminently
the wine of Parma country and people: sparkling, with a red and irruent foam,
with full colour and strong, violet parfume. Ariola's vineyards stretches on hillsides between 220 and 300 meters from
sea-level. Quality of soil, slimy and clayey, slope of hills, theri orientation, their
excellent exposure to the sun, produce ideal conditions to vine becomes best
ripe: this is the secret of Ariola's wines. In the Ariola's farm, vine-harvest is managed with methods that are at the same
time modern and respectful of traditional usages; grapes are picked up with
extreme care so that the precious contents of the bunches are kept intact during
squeezing.
